About Neelakantha Meditation

Neelakantha Meditation works on all aspects of our lives simultaneously, it covers everything. It has its own intelligence and begins working on the most important thing first.

One of the results of practicing is an increased sense of wellbeing and happiness.

Sitting in meditation is like sitting in a deep restful, yet aware state. It’s wild, it feels so good, like taking a hot shower, or a bath, or doing some other activity you might like. It makes the body feel really good.

The Practice

Neelakantha Meditation is a practice of deep meditation where our attention flows inward, deep within the self.

This practice is performed daily and is a preparation for activity. It is the regularity of practice that gives Neelakantha Meditation its potency.

One of the principles of the practice is refinement. We begin to perform at a higher level due to the refinement of our words and actions allowing us to not only conserve energy, but to also direct our energies in ways that are more life enhancing.

It is the accumulation of daily practice that allows us to stand steady in our work and lives, giving us access to feelings of fulfillment in our achievements.

Learn to Meditate

Mediation is taught over a 2 day period. You will need to block 3-4 hours of your time for each session.

Day 1: You will be given complete instructions on how to practice Neelakantha Meditation.

Day 2: You will learn how and why the practice works.

Blue Throat Yoga offers continued support for 18 months in the form of live and recorded teleseminars and a robust online library.
